This disclaimer policy (the "Disclaimer") sets out the general guidelines, disclosures and terms of your use of the Tanaqul Precious platform on the web (investor.tanaqul.app), its mobile and tablet version, Tanaqul Explorer (explorer.tanaqul.app), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Disclaimer is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and Exit Finance, CR 1010843884, registered with the Ministry of Commerce ("Exit Finance" or "we"). If you use the Services on behalf of a company as the person authorised to manage its account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to this policy, in which case "User" and "you" refer to that entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you must not accept this policy and you may not access or use the Services. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer. You acknowledge that this Disclaimer is a contract between you and Exit Finance, even though it is electronic and has not been physically signed by you, and that it governs your use of the Services.
Representation
Any views or opinions represented in the Services belong solely to Exit Finance and to its content creators and employees, and do not represent those of the people, institutions or organisations with which Exit Finance may or may not be associated in a professional or personal capacity, unless explicitly stated. No views or opinions are intended to malign any religion, ethnic group, club, organisation, company or individual.
Content and postings
You may print or copy any part of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy any part of the Services for any other purposes, and you may not modify any part of the Services. The inclusion of any part of the Services in another work, whether in print, electronic or any other form, or the inclusion of any part of the Services on another resource by embedding, framing or otherwise, without the express permission of Exit Finance, is prohibited.
The Services do not allow users to post content or comment on it. The data and documents you send us are used only in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Compensation and sponsorship
The Services do not display advertisements or paid or sponsored content, and do not contain affiliate links for which we receive a commission. What we charge you is only the fees and commissions set out in the fee schedule within the platform.

It is not intended to provide legal advice or opinions of any kind. Furthermore, we do not guarantee any profit or return from buying or selling metals: your selling price may be lower than your purchase price after the fees are taken into account, and metals in custody generate no return. Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer or its terms relating to the Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. A change takes effect from the date it is published; however, we notify you of a material change within the platform before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Disclaimer (or such other act specified at that time) will be considered implied consent to those changes.

Refund Policy
This policy explains when we refund what you paid, and where it is refunded to. The amount of each fee is shown to you before you confirm the transaction, and the fee percentages appear in the fee schedule within the platform.
Purchases and sales
- A completed purchase or sale is final: it cannot be cancelled, the bar cannot be returned, and its commission is not refunded.
- If the purchase price is not collected from the mada card, the purchase does not take place and nothing is deducted from you.
- If the price is collected and then all or part of the purchase does not take place — for example, if the offer is sold to someone else before you or its price rises — the unused amount is added to your balance and is then transferred with your balance to your bank account.
- If the purchase cannot be completed because of a technical fault after the price has been collected, we refund the amount to your card through the payment gateway.
Deposit and collection appointments
- If your appointment is cancelled before it takes place, whether you cancelled it or we did, we retain the percentage of its fee set in the fee schedule and refund the rest to your balance, even if you paid it with a mada card.
- If you do not attend your appointment, its fee is not refunded.
- If all the bars in a deposit appointment are rejected, we refund the appointment fee in full to your balance. If some of them are accepted, the fee is not refunded.
- If you paid the appointment fee with a mada card and the appointment could then not be booked, we refund the amount to your card through the payment gateway.
- You can change an existing appointment without fees, a limited number of times.
Storage fees
- Storage fees that have been paid are not refunded.
Subscriptions
- If you cancel your subscription, its renewal stops, it remains in effect until the end of the paid period, and no part of it is refunded. Likewise, a move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period without a refund.
- If the subscription amount is collected and the subscription then cannot be activated, we refund it to your card through the payment gateway.
Granting
- The grant fee is held on your card and is deducted only after the grams have moved. If the grant is not completed — because the verification code expired or the payment could not be made — the hold is cancelled, and the time it takes to cancel is subject to the procedures of the bank that issued your card.
- If the fee is deducted and the grant then cannot be completed because of a technical fault, we refund it to your card through the payment gateway.
Recurring purchase plans and automatic purchase contracts
- If you cancel the plan or contract, or it is cancelled automatically, or it ends with an amount remaining, the unused amount is added to your balance.
Transfer to your bank account
- We do not charge fees for transferring your balance to your bank account.
- If the transfer is rejected or cannot be carried out, or is not confirmed within the set period, the full amount is returned to your balance once, and you can request a new transfer.
What is added to your balance
- From every amount refunded to your balance, any storage fees that may be due from you are paid first, and the rest is then transferred to your bank account. The appearance of any amount refunded to your card is subject to the procedures of the bank that issued it.
